www.sellerscollective.com (“SC”) is operated by CityRealty.com, LLC (together with its partners, the “Company”). The Company understands and appreciates that the SC web site visitors are concerned about their privacy and about the confidentiality and security of information we may obtain about them online. We want you to understand the steps we have taken to safeguard the information we receive online about visitors who access or interact with the SC web site and related services (the “SC Web Site”).

The Company is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our many offerings. Your use of the SC Web Site is subject to your acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the SC Web Site. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time, so we encourage you to review our Privacy Policy periodically for updates. Consent

By using the SC Web Site, you unambiguously consent to the Company’s collection, processing, use and disclosure of your personally identifiable information consistent with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Privacy of Minors

The Company neither directs nor targets the SC Web Site to children under the age of 18. If the Company learns that a registered user of the SC Web Site is under the age of 18, the Company reserves the right to delete the information in that person’s account and immediately terminate the account. In such instances, the Company may also destroy any of the personal information provided by that person within the Company’s possession or control.

What personally identifiable information is collected from you?

The Company collects information in several ways from different parts of the SC Web Site. Some personal information is gathered when you register as with the SC Web Site. During registration, SC asks for your name, email address and other information concerning your preferences. The more information you volunteer (and the more accurate it is), the better we are able to customize your experience. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to SC and the Company.

In addition to registration we may ask you for personal information at other times. If you contact the Company or the Company we may keep a record of that correspondence. SC also occasionally asks users to complete surveys that we use for research purposes. Wherever the Company collects personal information we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.

The Company may also collect information from you through comments, mailing lists and service e-mails and links. Please be aware that SC and the Company are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites to which you may have linked to through the SC Web Site.

The Company may also collect non-personal data from visitors who browse the SC Web Site (often referred to as “clickstream” data), such as their IP address, the type of Web browsing software they are using, the web site they visited before linking to the SC Web Site and the Web site they visit after leaving the SC Web Site.

What cookies are and how they are used?

As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, the Company and SC uses cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Where you are prompted to log-in on to the SC Web Site, or in sections of the SC Web Site that are customizable, we require that you accept cookies. (See “What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of your information?” for more information on cookies.)

Generally, we use cookies to remind us of who you are and to access your account information (stored on our computers) in order to deliver to you a better and more personalized service. This cookie is set when you register or "Sign In" and is modified when you “Sign Out’ of our services. In addition (even if you have not registered with the SC Web Site), we use cookies to help us measure certain traffic patterns, which areas of the SC Web Site you have visited, and your visiting patterns in the aggregate. We use this research to understand how our users' habits are similar or different from one another so that we can make each new experience on the SC Web Site a better one. We may use this information to better personalize the content and services that you and other users will see and use on the SC Web Site.

How your information is used?

The Company’s primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customized experience on the SC Web Site. This includes personalization services, interactive communications and many other types of services. By knowing a little about you, the Company is able to deliver more relevant services and content and hence better experience, to you.

You may also receive updates from SC and the Company via e-mail regarding your transactions with SC and promotional material about SC’s and the Company’s services and features if you have indicated in your preferences that you would like to receive them. You can change your account preferences at any time. (See “How you can access, update, or delete your information?”)

The Company does research on SC users’ demographics, interests, and behavior based on the information provided to us upon registration, from our server log files, third party analytics tools or from surveys. We do this to better understand and serve our users. This research is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. The Company may share this aggregated data with advertisers or business partners. (See “With whom does the Company share my information?” for more information on how the Company discloses aggregate data.)

We use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer the SC Web Site. We also use your IP Address to identify you when re-entering the SC Web Site, as described above with respect to our use of cookies. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information.

Who is collecting your information?

Once you register, the Company stores your information on its own servers.

With whom your information may be shared?

The following describes some of the ways that your information may be disclosed.

The Company may disclose aggregated user statistics (for example, 45% of our users are female) in order to describe our services to current and prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes. Some of our third party advertising partners may distribute cookies to you in advertisements that are provided to SC and the Company. SC and the Company have no access or control over these cookies. If you do not wish to allow your information to be shared, you can choose not to register with the SC Web Site.

The Company may also disclose account information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating SC’s Terms of Use or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the Company’s rights or property, other users of the SC Web Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. The Company may disclose or access account information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services. The Company may disclose and transfer the SC database of user and account information to third parties in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.

We use analytics tools and other third party technologies, such as Google Analytics to collect non-personal information in the form of various usage and user metrics when you use our site. These tools and technologies collect and analyze certain types of information, including cookies, IP addresses, device and software identifiers, referring and exit URLs, onsite behavior and usage information, feature use metrics and statistics, usage and demographics, and other similar information.

What choices are available to you regarding collection, use, and distribution of your information?

Once you register with SC and if you elected to receive any subscriptions from SC, you will receive such subscription(s) from SC through the e-mail address you provided. SC and the Company may also send you e-mails to let you know about its products and services. At any time you can elect to no longer receive such e-mails by contacting the Company. (See “How you can access, update, or delete your information?” for more information on changing your account preferences.)

You also have choices with respect to cookies. By modifying your browser preferences using most web browsing software, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies you will be unable to use those SC services that require registration in order to participate.

How you can access, update, or delete your information?

You may edit your SC Web Site preferences by contacting us through e-mail at [email protected]. Some information that you provide to SC, such as survey responses and clickstream data, may not be accessible in your SC Web Site.
